Shipping

• We ship worldwide from the EU (Riga, Latvia).
• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping time depends on your location:
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–21 business days
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please note: Local customs fees or import duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

• If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you broken parts or issue refund.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, unbroken, and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Because each Fish8r set is made to order, we cannot offer returns for change of mind once the item has been used or damaged.
